We are thrilled to announce that our Nadaka Neighborhood Park project grant submitted to the Oregon Parks & Recreation has been awarded funds in the amount $523,480. Nadaka was ranked #11 out of 35 applications and only 22 were funded.
The Nadaka project continues to move forward not only because it is a wonderful project but because of the partnerships we have established over the years. The City of Gresham worked closely with the Friends of Nadaka, Audubon Society of Portland and Columbia Slough Watershed Council preparing and presenting this grant. The cooperation and support is amazing.
